Refrigeration and Air Condition Information Form

In the location labeled "Work Experience" please list your current and previous place(s) of employment. Then, estimate the total number of years you have performed each type of work activity. For example, you would enter the number "2" next to the box labeled "Res. A/C Service" if you have worked approximately two (2) years performing Residential Air Conditioning Service. If you do not have any experience, please place "0" in the appropriate location.

In the location labeled "Education and Training" please provide any primary and secondary training you have received that is relevent to the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
Once your application is submitted it will be entered into our Online Applicant Database. The Online Applicant Database may be accessed by any of our union contractors. This database is SECURED by a series of passwords that are available ONLY to our union contractors. If a union contractor is interested in possibly hiring you, you will be contacted, and an interview set up. We will keep your application in the database for one year. If you do not secure employment with one of our union contractors during this time, please submit a new updated application. Your current employer will not be contacted for any reason. However, you may be asked to provide verification of your current employment at the time of your interview.
